Special Testing 
         Radon-48 hour return (deduct $50 when done with an inspection)           $175.00
         Methamphetamine - 7 day results, one test (additional tests $50 each)     $175.00

Rate Details

These rates are effective September 1st, 2007. They reflect our total commitment to providing the most inclusive package of information possible given the time constraints and limits of noninvasive inspecting. These rates reflect my efforts to provide you with the very best, and at a very fair price. I stand behind my work We’re so confident in our service, that we will offer you a completely risk free inspection. If you are not happy with the inspection and the report at the end of the process, the fee for that inspection will be zero. We will refund your inspection fee, no questions asked.
